Returns
We do not require customers to return items. This allows us to resolve issues faster and avoid unnecessary delays.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Issue Reporting
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence for damaged or incorrect items.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a suitable solution (refund or replacement).
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
